Sampling campaign for Little Moons.
Following the success of our Little Moons ice cream van tour, we were commissioned to use our new promo vehicle, Lola, to launch the new cheesecake range. With a huge side serving hatch, full graphic wrap and custom build elements, Lola set off on tour.
As this was a new product launch for Little Moons the look and feel of the truck was vitally important. Keeping the Little Moons brand colours, we wrapped our sampling truck in a gloss finish. Key to the campaign was the visual element. A strong, impactful look helped draw in consumers and create high visibility on the road.
iMP managed the entire sampling tour. This included storage, refrigeration, logistics, staffing and drivers. And of course the promo vehicle. As a frozen product it was crucial that minimum and maximum temperatures were adhered to. We also had to maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This meant constant and consistent wiping down of surfaces and cleaning. So as part of our responsibility we kept accurate logs of stock control.
Sampling the new Little Moons cheesecake product to consumers was the objective. There’s no better way to gauge customer feedback than live, in person, on the spot. Not only did we drive taste and trial but we were able to generate instant insight into what customers thought about the new variants. In all honesty we were kind of preaching to the converted. Little Moons is an incredibly well known brand. Combining ice cream and cheesecake into mochi balls and giving them away for free was not a difficult task. But it was certainly fun.
